Register for a card at any Mid-York member library. You can use it to borrow materials held by the libraries. The 13 digit card number which appears after the A on the card can be used to log in to the Mid-York Web Catalog and Electronic Resources, one day after you receive your new card. |

Please print, fill out and bring the form to the library along with identification, preferably identification with a photograph. The age cutoff for the youth application varies by library and may require the presence of a parent or guardian.
