A Community Approach When most people think of libraries, they think of books. They envision a place with many shelves and an abundance of print materials to fill them. Fortunately, the Morrisville Public Library seeks to diminish such thoughts. We have much more to offer our community. Our library has resources that will fulfill the information needs of any knowledge seeking person. We exist to provide technology and information resources that will enhance the lives of our patrons far into the 21st Century. |

We Will Always Love and Offer Books Growing From Our Roots Yes, we do offer a large collection of books. In fact we have roughly 15,900 books inside our library walls. We are also a proud member of the Mid-York Library System, which enables us to have access to millions of other books. Moreover, through the use of InterLibrary Loan we are able to order any type of book ever published. In summary, if there is a book that you want - we will get it for you! |

What Is The Cost of These Valuable Services? Its Free, Its Free, Its Free! The magical thing about a public library is that its service is both quality and quantity. Even better, the membership is free. Anyone who enters our front doors is entitled to a library card. They are entitled access to as much information that is made available to them and they are entitled to do this at no charge.* The only requirement is filling out an
application and providing some form of picture identification.
Applications may be acquired at the Morrisville Public Library
Circulation Desk, or at your local Mid-York Library. * The library does charge for the use of fax machines, photocopiers, and computer printers. |
