Our November and December programming theme is:  Christmas around the World: Hanukkah and Kwanzaa too!  There will be lots of great programming for the coming months beginning on Monday November 3 at 6:30pm. Come and join us then for Let’s Celebrate Christmas with Mexico and Holland!  Come learn about these two exciting countries and how they celebrated Christmas!  Try your hand at a piñata and lots more!

Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour, has begun!  PLEASE NOTE: Due to scheduling, the program will start at 9:30am and run until 10:30am.  The library will be open at 9:30am for story hour participants only!  So join us Tuesday November 4 for “Let’s Be Silly!” If you can’t make that day, join us November 18 for “Books I am Thankful for!”  Bring your toddler or preschool child in and hear some stories, songs and more!

Family Bingo night is back on Friday November 7 at 6:30pm.  Bring the family in and play a game or two!!!  All kids are guaranteed a prize!!!!

On Friday November 14 at 7pm, the Book Talk group will be meeting again to discuss Willa Cather’s book, My Antonia.  Copies can be picked up now at the circulation desk.

The Friends will be collecting donations for their Annual Silent Auction beginning on Wednesday November 12 until Saturday November 29 during library hours.  Donations can be such things as hand-crafted items, art works, gift certificates, donations from businesses, etc., with a minimum value of $5.00.  We will not be accepting USED items.  New or handmade is acceptable as well as the above mentioned things.  Please drop your items off at the library!  Thank you for your continued support.

Please note:  We will be closed on Tuesday November 11 to observe Veteran’s Day.  We will reopen on Wednesday November 12 at noon.

We are in dire need of new programming room chairs.  We are starting a collection to purchase them.  If you would like to contribute please send, or stop in and drop off a monetary donation.  Checks can be made to the Morrisville Public Library.  Thank you for your contribution!

Parker, Extreme Measures by Vince Flynn, and Testimony by Anita Shreve.

We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
