Our Summer Reading Program will begin next week! The theme this year is “Catch the Reading Bug!” Our program begins on Monday July 7 and runs until Friday August 15. The summer reading program is open to all kids ages 1-17. Spend the summer with us learning about bugs, eat some bugs, make buggy crafts, go on a bug scavenger hunt and lots more! Be sure to stop in anytime the week of July 7 and sign your child up for the program. Then through the course of the next six weeks your child needs to read at least 8 hours. If completing this requirement, your child will be invited to attend our graduation ceremony complete with prizes and ice cream sundaes! Wednesday July 23 at College is over and you have all these textbooks leftover that the school won’t let you trade in? Donate them to our library! We are accepting textbooks that are newer than 2005 to sell in our online bookstore. What a way to help out the library while cleaning your house!
