Story Time @ Ilion Library begins Oct. 7!

Beginning Tuesday October 7 through November 17, the library will host a half-hour weekly story time for children ages two through six. The program, which takes place in the Remington Room, will run from 10:30 to 11 a.m.

Registration is required so sign up today! To sign up, stop by or call the library at 894-5028!

Book Talk with Local Author Barbara Linsley
Monday, October 13 from 4 to 6p.m.

Join us as local author, Barbara Linsley, presents her children's novel, Dreams on the Oregon Trail.
A local teacher, Linsley will discuss the writing and editing process as well as read from her book.
She will also be available for any questions from the audience.
Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.

Friends Annual Pie Sale

Annual Pie SaleThursday, October 23 from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
& Friday, October 24 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Donations are welcome and appreciated  and can be dropped off Wednesday, October 22 during normal business hours  from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, October 23 beginning at 9 a.m. and anytime during the sale.

Artists of the Month
Natalie J. Wilson

A collection of artwork created by Dolgeville resident Natalie J. Wilson will be on display during the month of September in the Remington Gallery.

An accomplished self-taught wildlife and nature artist, Wilson’s work combines her passion for animals, especially horses, with her creative talents. Wilson specializes in graphite, but also works with soft pastels, color pencils and charcoal. 

The exhibit will run through the end of the month and can be viewed during regular library hours, anytime the meeting room is not in use. For more information, stop by or call the library.

Busy Hands

    The Busy Hands Knitting group will continue to meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30. Those of all skill level are encouraged and welcome to come. Registration is not required.
