West Winfield is located between Bridgewater and Richfield Springs on US Route 20, at the intersection with NY Route 51.
DIRECTIONS - Enter West Winfield on Route 20 from either the west or the east. At the traffic light in the center of West Winfield, turn south onto South Street (Rt. 51). About one-tenth of a mile from the traffic light, Bisby Hall is on the right, a two-story brick building with a handicapped-access ramp at the front entrance. Parking is available at the curb on both sides of the street, or in the parking lot across the street. Inside the lobby, the library is straight ahead.
