This site identifies helpful community services across the country pertaining to Alzheimer's information, home-delivered meals, legal assistance, adult day care, and in-home care, and more. These state and local agencies can offer advice and tips on staying safe in and around your home. Let your local OFA offer advice on issues such as Medic Alert devices, installation of hand rails and other safety measures that will make your home a more secure and comfortable environment.
