You should keep statistics for your Intralibrary Loans. If you are an automated library, the Mid-York computer will keep track of most of your transactions. But it will not count your reference questions or the number of photocopies you actually send and receive. These are important to know for your Annual Report.
It might be easiest for you to keep a record of these on the pink Monthly Intralibrary Loan Statistics sheets. Keep a tally and send them into the Interlibrary Loan Department at the end of the month, and at the end of the year, in time for your annual report, we will send you totals of your Interlibrary Loans (which the ILL Department keeps for you) plus your Intralibrary Loans, which the computer plus you keeps. This total is your record for the calendar year.
If you are a nonautomated site, the pink sheets are more important--this is the only place where your transactions are recorded.
If you have any questions about statistics, you may call the Interlibrary Loan Dept. or the Lending Dept., or e-mail by pushing:

your terminal just send e-mail to Myls_Ref or Lending)
