SERVICE TO NON-RESIDENTS

Generally, service will be provided to non-residents in the same manner as residents except when a conflict arises.  If a conflict arises, preference for services will be given to residents.

Also, if it is clear that the non-resident will be unable to return materials circulated, the Library reserves the right to limit use of such materials to in Library use only.
