FINE COLLECTION POLICY

1. If the patron owes fewer than twenty dollars ($20) in fines, his/her account is completely useable.
2. If the patron owes between twenty and fifty dollars ($20 and $50) in fines, he/she MUST pay 10% each time they come to the library until it is under twenty dollars ($20).
3. If the patron's fines are over fifty dollars ($50), he/she must make arrangements with the library manager to continue checking out items.
4. If the patron owes over one hundred dollars ($100) in fines, he/she is not allowed to take any materials out of the library without seeing the library manager and arranging a payment plan.
