CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH AND WEBSITE PERMISSION POLICY
Anyone who attends library programs and is photographed must fill out and sign a consent to photograph and website permission form (appendix C). Parents of children under the age of 18 have the right to sign on behalf of their child.
