An important reminder: We will be closing early on Friday December 24 at 4pm. We will remain closed until January 3, 2005 when we reopen at 12pm. Be sure to stop in and get enough materials to last over our winter break.

Kiddies Korner will be not meet on Tuesday December 28 due to the library closure. They will meet on January 4 with the theme of winter and snow people. On January 11, Jan Brett's The Mitten will be the topic of discussion. Bring your child or grandchild in every Tuesday from 10:30am to 11:30am for books, songs, a craft and more.

Thursday January 6 at 6:30pm will be our next Dr. Seuss Story Hour with Library Manager, Brian Hildreth, hosting. It is open to all ages and will be lots of fun. He reads, sings, and does activities and more.

Thursday January 13 is our Family Bingo Night. All kids are guaranteed a prize and adults play for fun. Refreshments will be provided. Stop in at 6:30pm and play a game or two.

We have several books and movies needing adoption. Feel free to stop in and look at the complete listing today at the circulation desk.

A big thanks goes out to all the people who have donated books and/or other materials to the library over the last few weeks.

Well, that's about it for this week. I will be taking a couple weeks off for the holidays and all. I will be back for the January 13 edition. Have a safe and wonderful holiday season. See you all in 2005!

We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12-8pm and Tuesday and Saturday 10-2pm.
