Summer reading ends soon! Be sure to
finish reading your eight hours and return all reading records to the library

Kids entering third grade through fifth grade can participate. Join us on Wednesday August 23 at We have an immediate opening for a part time library program technician. A friendly, out-going demeanor and flexibility with scheduling are musts. Responsibilities will include: designing, promoting and running family and children’s programs, serving patrons at circulation desk, shelving books and other duties as needed. Individual will need to assist Library Manager with grant preparations, annual report and other operations. Basic knowledge of computers is required. Preference will be given to applicants with strong educational background and interest in assisting with library programs. Applicants must have (1) at least an Associates degree, OR (2) graduation from high school and two years clerical experience; one year which must be library clerical OR (3) an equivalent combination of training and experience as defined in (1) and (2). We are looking for volunteers or families to clean the library. All it takes is a couple hours once a week and you would be helping us out tremendously.
