Be sure to view the all the entries from our pumpkin coloring contest on display now in the program room.  They will be on display for two weeks.

Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour has begun!!  Bring your toddler or preschool child in on Tuesday November 21 at 10:30am for “Give Thanks”.  If you can’t make it that day, join them for “Big Bears and Little Bears” on Tuesday December 5.  PLEASE NOTE: Story Hour is every other Tuesday. Please feel free to pick up a schedule at the circulation desk.

On Monday November 13 at 6:30pm join us for Part 2 of the Frontier House movie.  In Frontier House we see modern day people try to make it in the 1800's on the Frontier.  This is a four part series- Part One was last week, Part Three will be November 20 and Part Four on November 27.

The Rug Hooker’s Group will meet on Monday November 13 at 6:30pm.  Bring your current project in and work on it or if you are interested in learning how, come and they will show you!

Fall is Calling at the library on Wednesday November 15 at 6:30pm.  Join us as we make some Thanksgiving crafts for our friends and family.

Mother Goose is coming to the library!  Stop in on Friday November 17 at 6:30pm and watch the Girl Scouts perform a Mother Goose skit and do some fun activities!

Saturday November 18 from 1-4pm we are starting a scrapbook club.  Bring your supplies and work with fellow scrapbookers.  Share tools and get new ideas from others.

On Wednesday November 22 at 1pm, the Utica Zoomobile will be coming to show us “Birds of Prey”.  Stop in and learn about these wonderful creatures.  This event is open to all ages, young and old and there is no sign up required.

We are now accepting donations for the Friends Annual Silent Auction.  Donations can be such things as new objects, hand-crafted items, art works, gift certificates, donations from businesses, etc., with a minimum value of $5.00.  We will not be accepting USED items this year.  We will be collecting things until Wednesday November 15.  Please bring your items in during library hours.

REMINDER:  We will be closed on Saturday November 11 to observe Veteran’s Day.  We will reopen Monday at 12pm.  We will also be closed on Thursday November 23 to observe Thanksgiving.  We will reopen on Friday at noon.

The Library Board of Trustees has changed their regular monthly meeting in November.  It will now be on Tuesday November 14 at 6:30pm.  The public is welcome to attend.

We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
