The 2007 System-wide Regional Read has begun and runs until the end of October. The book to be read, discussed, thought about this year is Thomas Friedman’s, The World is Flat. Copies of this book are available at the library. Part of our program will be a “flat quiz”. The quiz is open to adults, teens and inquisitive children. Copies can be picked up at the circulation desk. If you complete the quiz and have 10 or less answers wrong and turn it in before the then of October, you will be invited to our Flat Food Party in early November! Be sure to keep an eye out for other Regional Read programming to come in the next couple of months!
