Join us on Friday September 19 at 6:30pm to celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day!!!  Throw on your best swashbuckling outfit and stop in as we learn all about pirates and play some games as well!

On Wednesday September 24 at 6:30pm be sure to come to our Elves, Giants and Wizards night! Do you enjoy a good fantasy story?  Join us for Elves, Giants and Wizards night then!  There will be stories, crafts followed by a game of Elves, Giants and Wizards.

On Friday September 26 at 6pm, we will be having another Family Movie Night.  Can you guess what movie it is if I say it’s about a guy named Speed that competes in a racing event in an attempt to save his family’s business?  If you know what movie it is, stop in and see it with us!  Refreshments will be provided and bring something comfy to sit in!

The Library Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday September 16 at 6:30pm.  The public is encouraged to attend.

We are in dire need of new programming room chairs.  We are starting a collection to purchase them.  If you would like to contribute please send, or stop in and drop off a monetary donation.  Checks can be made to the Morrisville Public Library.  Thank you for your contribution!

Banned Book Week is coming up on September 27.  Head to our website and check out the banned books of this year!  www.midyork.org/morrisville/bannedbooks.html.  Read a few and see if you think they should be banned!
