Summer Reading is in full swing!  Be sure to stop in and record your minutes and pick out a weekly prize!  Only one more week left to read the entire eight hours to participate in the graduation program!  Lots of neat things to give away that night to all our graduates!!

Be sure to join us and the Madison County Sheriff’s evidence van this Friday August 3 at 6:30pm as we “Solve the Mystery” at the library.  They will show us the neat things they use to investigate a crime and even try to lift some fingerprints off some books!  I will know who checked out some of my most popular books!

On Wednesday August 8 ay 6:30pm the Priceteeni Flea Circus returns!  This is MUCH MORE than just a regular flea circus... It's an entertainment event that is the fun of Vaudeville, with the thrill of the circus!  Please bring this entire family to this event for a fun-filled evening!

Summer reading ends on Friday August 10 at 8pm.  Be sure all reading records are in by that time.  Every child who has read at least eight hours will be invited to our graduation ceremony on Wednesday August 15 at 6:30pm.  Lots of prizes will be handed out that night, as well as a certificate, book, t-shirt and more!  Mr. Suarez will be back making his awesome ice cream sundaes.  Kids who have been there before know that Mr. Suarez likes to change the names of the delicious toppings to things much more exciting!!

Also on Friday August 10, at 6:30pm we will be having Bingo Night at the library.  Bring the family in for a game or two.  All kids are guaranteed a prize and refreshments will be provided.

Join us for the rescheduled Aesop’s Fables Night for Monday August 20 at 6:30pm. Come hear some fables, make a fable with friends and lots more!

Our Family Movie Night is back on Friday August 24 at 6:30pm.  Come in as we view the new Charlotte’s Web movie.  Popcorn will be provided.  Feel free to bring something comfy to sit in!
