Join us on Friday April 25 at 6:30pm as we look at Earth Day and what it means.  Come in and learn about our Earth and how to protect it.  Hear some stories and create some interesting Earth items!

On Monday April 28 at 6:30pm, join The Rogers Environmental Center as they share with us Mammals!  Touch and see some mammal skins, skulls and more!

Our Kiddies Korner, preschool story hour, will meet again on Tuesday April 29 for “Abracadabra”.  Children ages toddler to preschool are welcome to attend.  Story hour meets every other Tuesday in the program room at 10:30am.  Come hear songs, stories and more!

May and June’s theme at the library is arts and crafts.  Join me next week for some exciting activities that will be going on!  Just a preview of what’s to come:  sewing, crocheting, craft nights, a martial arts demonstration and lots more!

The Friends will be having their Annual meeting on Tuesday April 22 at 7pm in the Library program room.  All Friends members are encouraged to attend.

We are starting a graphic novel collection.  If you have any rated G or PG graphic novels you would like to donate to this collection please see me.

Don’t forget to view the 180 pieces on display in the Program Room from the Morrisville Eaton Elementary students.  This exhibit will be on display until May 3.

Evenings you will begin to see a new face at the circulation desk.  Roberta Zeller (better known as Robi) is our new library aide!  She will be working nights and Saturdays soon.  Stop in and welcome her to our library!  We are happy to have her join our library staff!

Lots of new books have arrived!  Some are: Winding Ways Quilt by Jennifer Chiaverini, Winter Study by Nevada Barr, Where are you Now? by Mary Higgins Clark, Zapped by Carol Higgins Clark, Third Angel by Alice Hoffman, Sepulchre by Kate Moss, Outlaw Demon Wails by Kim Harrison, Lush Life by Richard Price, Hope’s Boy by Andrew Bridge, Compulsion by Jonathan Kellerman, Dead Time by Stephen White, Duchess and the Dragon by Jamie Carie, and Where the Heart Leads by Stephanie Laurens.
