Our first lock in at the library was a huge success!  I would like to thank the following people and businesses for donating items and/or their time for the event:  NY Pizzeria, Morrisville Pizzeria, Valero, Michelle and Doug St. Hilaire, Gloria Hart, Jennifer Forward and Ashley Meyers.  I would like to specially thank my staff for preparing for the evening and especially my Library Programmer, Joe Sabin, for all his work in organizing this event.  We do plan to have another next winter so if you missed coming this year, try us next year!

This Friday January 25 at 6:30pm Family Bingo is back at the library.  Bring the family in for a game or two.  All kids are guaranteed a prize and adults play for fun.

Join Sue Greenhagen on Monday January 28 at 6:30pm as she shares with us the history of the library.  After, a brief tour of the library will be given by me.  Come learn about our beloved building!

On Friday February 1 at noon come join us for a Legislative Brunch.  Meet some of our legislators and share with them some of your great library stories!  Come show them how much you love our library!

Our Kiddies Korner, preschool story hour, will meet again on Tuesday February 5 for “Valentine’s Day”.  Children ages toddler to preschool are welcome to attend.  Story hour meets every other Tuesday in the program room at 10:30am.  Come hear songs, stories and more!  If you can’t make that week, join them February19 for “Hats.”

On Friday February 8 at 6:30pm join us for Family Movie Night.  Another, newly released movie is on the slate for showing that evening.  Join us as we watch two dads go from running a daycare center in the first movie to now a summer camp.  Enjoy this hilarious movie with your family.  Bring something comfy to sit in and popcorn will be provided.

We are currently looking for volunteers.  If you have a couple hours free on a Wednesday afternoon please contact the Library Manager.  We are looking for someone to shelve books, call patrons to notify them of items being held and help out with any other activities as needed.

We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
