Why Snuggle Up & Read

Recent research on how children learn to read shows that children who start school having already mastered important 6 Early Literacy Skills have an easier time learning to read than children who haven't. Research also shows that shared book reading with a caring adult is the best way to help your child develop these skills. So Snuggle Up and Start Reading. In addition it is as important how you read to you child as how much you read. It's important that the process be interactive and fun for both you and your child. And it can be. Snuggle Up. Find a book you both like and read.
