Here is a great resource for information of all types concerning the care of your aging loved one. Your state & local OFA can answer all of the questions that plague you from Medicare/Medicaid issues to in-home and adult day care services. Give them a call. They'll be glad to help!

AARP
Formerly known as the American Association of Retired Persons, AARP is a nonprofit membership organization. Their purpose is to address the needs and interests of people 50 and older. See their Home Design section that includes checklists and suggestions to make each room functional and fashionable.
