A federation of nonprofit consumer information societies, this organization
was created to help you the consumer make sense out of funeral arrangements
and the myriad of choices involved as well as to keep you from paying

Knowing what to ask, what to say, and who to call can save you hundreds
or even thousands of dollars. This site seeks to educate the public on
what is and isn't required by law regarding funerals and can also show

Based in Washington DC, this Hospice website includes a Legal
Corner to assist with end-of-life issues and "Ask
Helen", a free service for adults over the age of 18 who are
grieving the death of a family member, friend, student or colleague.

HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE ORGANIZATION (NHPCO)

INNOVATIONS IN END-OF-LIFE
CARE
Though discontinued in October of 2003, this international online journal
features peer-reviewed promising practices in end-of-life care, useful
