The building is located at 1600 Lincoln Ave, Utica, NY 13502, telephone: (315) 735-8328. Utica is located in the center of New York, between Syracuse and Albany, on Route 90 (NYS Thruway).

From the Thruway, either East or West:

  1. Take exit 31 for Utica.
  2. After paying the toll, take the left exit ramp to Genesee Street South. The ramp goes around to the left, then there is a lane coming in on the right-- get into the right lane.
  3. Turn right onto Genesee Street South.
  4. Continue on Genesee Street South for about 2.5 miles, going past downtown, past the Utica Public Library and the Munson-Williams-Proctor Museum.
  5. When you see the Citgo station on the left at an intersection with a light, get into the right hand lane. The next intersection will have a light also and Watson Place will be the cross street on the right. Go one more block.
  6. Turn right onto Shaw Street and go to the bottom of the street.
  7. Turn right onto Lincoln Avenue. Parking is on the street. You can also park on Shaw Street. Avoid parking in front or across the street from the loading dock.

From the South on Route 12 or 12B or from West on Route 5:

  1. Take Route 12 or 12B North, or Route 5 East.
  2. Routes 12, 12B, and 5 all merge in New Hartford into a road locally called "The Arterial" although there is no sign with that name. The Utica Mutual Insurance Company has a large building at the intersection.
  3. Continue on through the intersection North on the combined Routes 12 and 5. There will be several exits and entrances, then the speed limit will go down to 40 mph and a Tri-State Laundries sign will be on the right. Then there will be a light.
  4. Turn right at the light onto Oswego Street. The next street at the intersection will be Lincoln Avenue.
    Turn right onto Lincoln Avenue.
  5. Mid-York is one block on the right. Parking is on the street. You can also park on Shaw Street. Avoid parking in front or across the street from the loading dock.  

From the North on Route 12:

  1. Take Route 12 South.
  2. You will enter Utica as you pass the Riverside shopping center on the left.
  3. There is no left turn off Route 12 in Utica, therefore to get to Mid-York you can do either of the following:
    a. Continue through the lights at Court, Warren, Sunset, and Noyes Streets.
    b. Turn right onto Oswego Street.
    c. Immediately take a left into a parking lot and turn around so you are going the other way on Oswego Street.
    d. Cross over Route 12 on Oswego Street. The next street at the next intersectioin will be Lincoln Avenue.
    e. Turn right onto Lincoln Avenue.
    a. Continue through the light at Court.
    b. Turn right onto Warren Street.
    c. Immediately turn left onto Sunset Ave.
    d. Cross over Route 12 on Sunset Ave. Go one block.
    c. Turn right onto Lincoln Avenue and proceed for three blocks.

  4. Mid-York is one block on the right. Parking is on the street. You can also park on Shaw Street. Avoid parking in front or across the street from the loading dock.
