Frank J. Basloe Public Library
Welcome to the Children's Room at Basloe Library!
STORY TIME Join us for stories and crafts each week. Story hours are on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, beginning on September 23rd. Story Hour is open to children age 6 and younger with an adult. To find out the theme for story hours, check out the library calendar.
SUMMER READING PROGRAM
Looking for something fun to do next summer? Basloe Library offers programs, performances, and incentives to encourage children to read while they are out of school. While this summer's reading program is over, it's never too soon to start thinking about what books you want to read during your next break!
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Throughout the year we provide many special programs. Check the library calendar to see what is coming up!
 TWEENS and TEENS
The Young Adult blog is a great way to find out new events in the library. And if you want to see something happen? Leave a suggestion on the comments section!
RESOURCES
Looking to provide programming for an event (mainly children)? Nancy has compiled a list of programming used locally.
Do you or your child need literacy resources? Literacy Volunteers of New York have a Mid-York Regional Office located in Utica; for more information contact them at (315) 733-4529.
